- You need a way to wind down from your busy and stressful day so you can go to sleep

In this two-hour workshop, you will:
- Experience a 10-minute bed-time yoga routine to help you relax and release so you can sleep when you hop into bed
- Learn an eye movement technique that will help make you drowsy and make it hard to keep your eyes open, even if you wanted to
- Practice breathing techniques to calm your nerves and release tension
- Explore some writing techniques to get stuff out of your head so you can sleep
- Learn my favorite meditation that helps you sleep and relaxes and sharpens your mind
